Where do you ship? We ship copier, fax, and printer supplies all over the United States. We do not ship to any other countries at this time. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept checks, Visa, ,Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. How long will it take to receive my order? We generally ship the same day your order is placed, if your order is submitted prior to 2 PM Central Standard Time. It usually takes 2-4 days to receive your order via UPS ground. What if I accidentally placed a duplicate order? Don't worry!....we process credit cards offline, only after our customer service team has carefully reviewed your order. If we notice a duplicate order, we will contact you for confirmation before we charge your credit card. Do you service Government Agencies and Educational Institutions? Yes! Please email us at info@ricohcopiertoner.com or call us at the toll free number above to setup an account and inquire about terms for these accounts. What is you return policy? Unopened merchandise can be returned within 15 days of purchase. You must contact us for a return authorization number BEFORE shipping your product back to us. Upon receiving your merchandise, we will issue a credit to your credit card. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept returns for any opened merchandise. |
